Sessions, Fees, and Rebates

I offer 50-minute sessions designed to allow us ample time to discuss your concerns in a supportive and structured environment.

If you're engaging with me under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you have access to up to 10 sessions within a calendar year. This plan can be obtained through a referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. If engaging under an Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP), you have access to up to 20 to 40 sessions per calendar year. Additionally, I welcome clients who are covered privately or through a self-managed National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan.

My fees are thoughtfully determined to balance accessibility and the high standard of professional care I aim to provide. With the available rebates, the financial aspect of accessing care is intended to be more manageable, allowing you to concentrate on your well-being.

I invite you to reach out to me directly to discuss your needs and explore how we can make the most of your funding options. Your journey to mental wellness is a priority in my practice, and I am here to support you with the care and respect you deserve.

Cancellation Policy

In my practice, I fully appreciate that life can be full of unexpected changes and challenges. However, to ensure I can provide dedicated care to each client, I've established a clear cancellation policy.

Please be reminded that rebates are not available for fees incurred due to late cancellations or non-attendance. This policy is rooted in a balance of fairness and consideration. Holding a slot specifically for you is a commitment of my time and resources towards your health. Missed appointments or late cancellations affect the continuity of your care and limit my ability to support others who may need that appointment time.

Between 24 to 48 Hours

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 but less than 48 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost may be applied. This gives me a slight chance to adjust my schedule and perhaps fill the slot, though it's often challenging with limited notice.

Less than 24 Hours

If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time, please understand that a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost may be applied. This policy exists because I reserve your appointment time specifically for you, which significantly limits my ability to allocate this precious time to someone else on such short notice.
