Welcome
I’m a Clinical Psychologist based in Stones Corner, working with individuals aged 14 and over from across Coorparoo, Greenslopes, and Brisbane’s southside. I support people who want to better understand themselves, shift persistent patterns, and build meaningful change.
In my practice, I work with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I have a special interest in supporting people in their 20s and 30s, especially those navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, emotional intensity, identity questions, or relationship difficulties. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns or disconnected from themselves, even when things seem fine on the surface.
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Whether you're new to therapy or returning to go deeper, I offer a flexible, collaborative space to explore what’s going on — even if you're not exactly sure what that is yet.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Every person arrives at therapy with a different story, shaped by experiences, relationships, culture, identity, and the questions they’re carrying. That’s why I take a flexible, person-centred approach that starts with understanding you, not just your symptoms.
In our sessions, we’ll take the time to explore what’s happening for you now, how your history may be influencing your present, and what kind of support feels meaningful. You don’t need to fit into a model. We’ll shape the process to fit you.
Over time, therapy can help increase awareness, shift emotional patterns, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others. It doesn’t happen all at once, but we’ll move at your pace.
