Meet Sienna
I’m a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, providing evidence-based psychological support to individuals aged 14 and over. I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at The University of Queensland, followed by a Master of Clinical Psychology at Queensland University of Technology.
I’ve worked across both education and private practice settings, including roles as a School Psychologist with NSW Education and currently part-time with Education Queensland. This has provided me with broad experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns and contexts.
In my private practice, I have a special interest in working with individuals in their 20s and 30s who are seeking to understand themselves more deeply — particularly those navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, emotional intensity, identity issues, or relational patterns. Many of the people I work with come to therapy curious about why certain patterns persist, even when things appear fine on the surface.
My therapeutic style is flexible and collaborative. I aim to provide a space where you can reflect on what’s happening now, explore the origins of those patterns, and begin to relate to yourself with greater clarity and compassion. I'm especially energised by working with people who are curious, reflective, and insight-oriented, even if they’re not yet sure what change might look like.
I use a person-centred approach informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, underpinned by both attachment theory and psychodynamic thinking. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all path, I tailor therapy to suit your needs, pace, and goals.
I’ve worked with a wide range of presentations, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-worth issues, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, attachment difficulties, and postnatal mental health concerns.
